The document is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Wizrumpath d.o.o., Ilica 192, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 47218390245. Privacy-related enquiries can be sent to privacy@wizrumpath.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: full name, e-mail address, and the content of the message. Technically, our server may temporarily log IP address and browser type for security purposes.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your data exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, if you reach out further, to organise an educational conversation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted. Longer retention is possible only when required by applicable law (e.g. tax regulations).
5. Data recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Access is limited to authorised employees of Wizrumpath and carefully selected processors (e.g. e-mail providers) with whom we have data processing agreements in place.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Should any of our tools store data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or on other appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and to the portability of your data, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you consider that your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.
8. Security
We implement organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk — encrypted communication (HTTPS), access control, and regular reviews of security settings. Nevertheless, no transmission over the internet is fully secure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may occasionally update this policy due to legal or technical changes. The date of the latest update is always visible at the top of the document.
